30-Day Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return a wig, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that the wig is:

Unworn and unused
Uncut and unaltered
In its original condition
Returned with the lace intact and all original packaging included

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on wigs that have been cut, customized, worn, washed, styled, or otherwise altered in any way.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange in accordance with our store policies.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at luxewigsextensions@gmail.com. 

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
